How to see all your subscriptions on iPhone
Open Settings, tap your name and tap Subscriptions. That screen lists every subscription billed through your Apple Account, and tapping one lets you change the plan or cancel. It is not a list of everything you pay for: subscriptions you signed up for on a company's website, ones bought with a different Apple Account and ones a family member bought don't appear there.
Open your subscriptions list
- Open Settings. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name. Tap your name at the top of Settings.
- Tap Subscriptions. Tap Subscriptions. Subscriptions billed through your Apple Account are listed, with the active ones first.
- Tap a subscription. Tap any subscription to see its plan, change it with See All Plans or cancel it.
The same list is on the web at account.apple.com, in the Subscriptions section, if you don't have your iPhone with you.
What you can do from the list
- Cancel. Tap the subscription, then Cancel Subscription. If there's no Cancel button, or you see an expiration message in red text, it's already canceled. Details in how to cancel subscriptions on iPhone.
- Change the plan. Tap the subscription, then See All Plans, to switch to a different plan.
- Share with family. Tap Manage Family Access and turn on Share Eligible Subscriptions to share the ones that allow it with your Family Sharing group.
- Manage iCloud+. On iOS 18.4 or later, iCloud+ lives here too: tap it under Active to cancel or see other plans.
What the list leaves out
This is why “see all my subscriptions” rarely has a one-screen answer. Apple's list only knows about payments that go through your Apple Account.
| Not in the list | Where to look instead |
|---|---|
| Subscriptions you signed up for on a company's website | Your account on that company's site, and your card statement |
| Subscriptions bought with a different Apple Account | Search your email for “receipt from Apple” and check which account is on the receipt |
| Subscriptions a family member bought | That family member's own Subscriptions list. You can't cancel a family member's subscription. |
| Services billed by your carrier or TV provider | Your phone, internet or TV bill |
| Services that stopped using Apple billing | Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and YouTube TV no longer take new sign-ups through Apple, so recent accounts are billed directly |
If you expected to see something and it's missing, Apple's advice is the same: find the receipt. No receipt from Apple means another company bills you.
See past charges, not just current subscriptions
The Subscriptions screen shows what's active now. To see what you were actually charged:
- Open the App Store and tap your photo or initials.
- Tap Apps & Purchase History.
- Tap Purchase History.
It starts with the last 90 days; tap Last 90 days at the top to choose a different range. On the web, the same history is at reportaproblem.apple.com, where you can also search by amount. See how to use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Family Sharing and who pays
If you're in a Family Sharing group with Purchase Sharing turned on, the organizer pays for everyone's purchases by default. So an organizer can be charged for a subscription that only shows up in a child's or partner's list. The organizer can see those charges in purchase history, but only the person who subscribed can cancel.
One list for everything, including what Apple can't see
Apple's list is accurate but partial. For the rest, start with how to find subscriptions you forgot about, which walks through email, card statements, PayPal and the other places charges hide.
Subs is built to hold the full picture: App Store subscriptions and the ones billed directly, free trials, installment plans and monthly bills, with a reminder before each charge and a monthly and yearly total. You can add services from a built-in list, or import a screenshot of your card statement and let Subs pick out the recurring charges on your iPhone, with no bank login.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I find my subscriptions on iPhone?
Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. The list shows subscriptions billed through your Apple Account.
Why can't I see all my subscriptions on my iPhone?
The list only includes subscriptions billed by Apple. Ones you signed up for on a company's website, bought with another Apple Account, or that a family member bought don't appear.
How do I see subscriptions I've already canceled or been charged for?
For past charges, open the App Store, tap your photo or initials, then Apps & Purchase History and Purchase History, or sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can I see my family's subscriptions?
Not in your own list. Each person sees their own subscriptions, and you can't cancel a family member's subscription. A Family Sharing organizer can see family purchases in purchase history.
Where is iCloud+ in my subscriptions?
On iOS 18.4 or later, iCloud+ appears under Active in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, where you can cancel it or see other plans.
Is there one place that shows every subscription I pay for?
Not automatically, because they're billed by different companies. A tracker such as Subs lets you keep Apple-billed and directly billed subscriptions in one list with reminders.
