Support
Email orhanerba@icloud.com, or use Settings › Contact support in the app. Please include your iPhone model and iOS version if something isn't working.
Restore Subs Premium on a new or reset iPhone
Open Subs, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases (or tap Restore on the upgrade screen). Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Cancel Subs Premium
Open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Subs and tap Cancel Subscription. If you subscribe, you can also tap Manage plan in Subs › Settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Request a refund
Subs Premium is billed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in, choose Request a refund, pick a reason and select the purchase. Our refund guide walks through each step.
Ask Subs says chat isn't available
Free-form chat uses Apple Intelligence, which needs iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings › Apple Intelligence & Siri. Right after you turn it on, iOS downloads the model in the background; chat becomes available when it finishes. Until then, and on other iPhones, the suggested questions still give instant answers from your data.
Reminders aren't arriving
- Check that notifications are allowed for Subs in Settings › Notifications › Subs.
- Make sure each subscription has a confirmed next payment date and a reminder set (tap it and check Reminder).
- Focus modes can hold notifications back; allow Subs in your Focus settings if needed.
An import missed a charge or found the wrong one
Statement import only shows charges that look recurring, installment plans and bills, and skips one-off purchases and anything you already track. Crop the screenshot to the list of transactions and use the clearest image you have. You can untick any wrong result before adding, and add anything missing by hand.
Delete your data
Delete individual subscriptions in the app at any time. To delete everything we store, email us and we'll remove it. See the privacy policy for details.
