By downloading or using Subs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Subs is a subscription tracking tool that helps users monitor their recurring payments. The app offers both free and premium features available through in-app purchases.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of subscription data you enter.
• You must not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

Premium Subscription

• Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Gmail Integration

The Gmail scan feature is optional. By using it, you grant the app read-only access to your Gmail inbox for the sole purpose of detecting subscriptions. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account permissions.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of subscription detection from Gmail scans. Subscription cost calculations are estimates based on user-provided data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this app.
